I stumbled over the KCOL site, so to speak, while flying Google Earth 
over the WWV installation, matching up their web site description 
with the bird's eye view.

Zooming out and panning around I found other towers and managed to 
match some of those with the coordinates of the KCOL installation.

An interesting diversion.
