[IRCA] S-9 carrier on 594 kHz

No MW and LW audio signals at 1500 UT.  S-9 carrier on 594 kHz with fading to S-2.  If this is JOAK's carrier its never been this strong here.  Signal on KIWA is in the direction of Japan.  There are carriers on 774 and 828 but not this strong.  Carrier off at 1534 UT.
