[IRCA] 774 & 828 very weak and weak

Hello,

1154 UT very weak audio on JOUB 774.  828 JOBB weak with woman singing.  Heard on the R8B using the AM sync, neither heard on the JRC 545. 
With conditions not so good, will not get up at 1400 UT.
