[IRCA] UnID on 920

Heard a brief ID for a station on 920. Call letters sounded like either WGAD
or WGAV, but neither of these fit for 920. Traffic report mentions "highway
40 westbound" and I think maybe "the new subway" (don't know if it's a train
or the sandwich restaurant). If anyone can give a listen and try to help
with the ID I would appreciate it. It is a fairly small audio clip. Just let
me know and I'll send it to you. Thanks for any help.
