Gil,
I see what the problem with the URL is. Here's what should work:
http://www.cmbfjazz.cu/cmbf/cmbf_radio/pro_trans_hist_cmbf/transmision.htm
It looks like they stuck in an extra level since you saved your
version of the URL.
