[IRCA] 1610 in the day time

For those who are interested---
the tone signal on 1610 is in here at S9+20db 24/7 since it first appeared.
I figure it isn't far from me.

I am sure the people in the Cherokee National forest isn't to happy with
this tone station, as it is covering their TIS station that tells of the
birds and bears found in the forest.

Since it is on 1610 and their isn't any other strong transmitters on this
frequency it sounds louder than it is.
