Re: [IRCA] Test tone on 1610.



Not being the most technical guy on the block, I can't answer for sure, as I 
don't know what kind of modulation is being used for the tone (which may or 
may not have anything to do with it). I can only presume that in a normal 
world a carrier on 1611 Vatican would produce a het against 1610.

1610 signal still strong here at 1:30 pm EST. Hopefully, some of our 
electronic cyborg-geniuses will jump in with some words of wisdom.
