[IRCA] KTCT downtime

Because of horrid QRN on 1050 I am only able to null the unwanted noise
by looping in a northeasterly direction.  What I am hearing is a
religious station playing 'Music Through the Night' out of
Chicago...Assume this is KBLE in Seattle.  Couple others far down in the
mush but can't loop them in due to the QRN......Vancouver strong with
Tigard cutting thru on 1040 & Calgary in like a bomb on 1060 altho QRM
from one or two others at times.
