The episode of Seinfeld with George pestering "Eric, the Clown" about "Bozo, 
the Clown" was the rerun on WTBS last night when all of this was going 
strong.

1. Bozo gains entry to AF base known for sensitive research? Hunkers next
   to AWACS? Motive? Espionage? Pass out fluoridated beer? Ominous.

2. Per tip re Wily Whistle: file opened, inquiry underway, eyeing
iBLOConnections.

3. As you state, these clowns strike fear into adults and children alike.
Must stop.
   Register and confiscate all clowns in name of national security. Calling
congress.

4. Shun all Bozos - no exceptions. Case closed.
