Thanks for the encouragement.

I sat on 1110 for a while last night, but just KBND and KFAB There was 
someone else there, but unable to ID them. Knowing how conditions change 
during the night, I phased KFAB down into the noise, set the timer and went 
to bed. When I checked the tape this afternoon I was really surprised, not 
to hear Alaska, but to hear 3 IDs for Hawaii!

At 01:00MST and again at 02:00 I had two faint ID's for KAOI with no sign of 
KBND or KFAB. Then KBND took over the frequency for several hours. At 
06:00MST I heard the following: KAOI-1110AM-Kihei and into CBS News. First 
time I've heard Hawaii here since 1982 when I logged KAIM. Really pleased 
about this.
