Quite a change from yesterday, with no particular emphasis on the 
upper band.   Conditions seem to favor Japan, but very spotty, times 
with no audio on 774 or 594, for example, yet more consistent audio 
on 1242.  Everything is quite erratic as well, because a dead channel 
will have audio 30 seconds later, but nothing was particularly strong 
at any point at various rechecks from 1430 to 1520UT.
