[IRCA] TP for 11-15

It was a very good day for TP's today and the best day so far this year!  
When I first turned on the radio at 1305 UT there were no TP's at all.  But 
at 1340 the top part of the band came alive with audio on 1287, 1377, 1386, 
1467, 1503, 1557, 1566, 1575, 1584, 1593 and 1603.  The bottom part of the 
band was not as god but I got audio on 594, 693, 747 and 774.  I still had 
audio from 1566 and 1593 at 1417 which is 14 minutes past by local sunrise.  
This was great fun!
