[IRCA] TP for 14Nov06

I monitored between 14:38 and 15:42.  A  total of 15 audios with many more "5s".  Also 279 was a 7, and SQM was strong, as was ADK.  Not much at all until 15:00 when things started to take off.  Many of the audios only came through after
15:00.  My highlight was listening to 1475 Malaysia in pretty decent audio, and really strong carrier until they signed off at 15:33.  Presumably in Tagalog as per PAL.  They had a short choral anthem at 15:33, then off about 30 seconds later.  
I'll be interested to see what Nick's propagation monitor had to say about dawn enhancement today. ......Walt Salmaniw, Victoria
