Bill,

Most mornings I hear the IBOC from WABC before 6:00. I have 
heard it as early as 4:30. Why not? The FCC doesn't give a hoot!

Guess they figure they got to get those early morning 
commuters. WABC does promote the fact that they are 
broadcasting in HD.
