[IRCA] 1000 UTC JOUB & HLAZ

Hello,

A scan of the MW band starting at 0950-1002 UTC revealed two TPs, JOUB 774 & HLAZ 1566.  HLAZ was weak and JOUB was fair.  No long-waves heard. The KIWA loop was able to receive JOUB with a weak signal and traces of audio from HLAZ.

Will return to the dials around 1400 UTC.  Good luck Dxing this morning.
