[IRCA] Air America Moving to 540 in Monroe

This is going to a few lists since it pertains to each in a different  way...
 
Noe Corp, LLC is selling KNOE-AM 540 to Holladay Broadcasting, who operate  
as "The Radio People. They begin operation of KNOE-540 as of December 1st under 
 an LMA, while awaiting approval of the sale.
 
Once the sale is approved, KMBS 1310 West Monroe will move to  540AM
