[IRCA] 810 WGY heard in Victoria, BC

Sure having fun with the Misek Phaser.  I successfully phased out the usually very powerful KGO in San Francisco to here a nice ID for WGY Schenectady, NY just before the TOH at 02:59 UTC (6:59 PM local).  KGO was only barely
audible.  Within 5 minutes, though, KGO was back with vengeance.  This all, of course, on 810 kHz.........Walt Salmaniw, Victoria, BC
