[IRCA] Need help arranging DX Tests in SD & ND

Despite my best efforts, I've been unable to obtain a DX Test from any 
stations
in North Dakota or South Dakota despite almost three years worth of
written and e-mail requests.

So, I'm appealing to the DX community for assistance. If you have a personal
relationship with station engineers, management, or ownership in North
Dakota or South Dakota, I could really use your help.

I've heard that KSOO 1140 in Sioux Falls, SD is frequently heard back
East near sunset, so that might be a potential target.

If you can help, please send me an e-mail or call my cell phone number
below. Love to get something set up for January, if possible.
