[IRCA] Local KAZA/1290 off

But still has OC running.  Spotted:
   
  * KPAY/Chico CA (yawn) with Coast to Coast AM
  * KKDD/San Bernardino CA (yawn) with Radio Dizknee
  * KCUB/Tucson AZ with sports
  * KZSB/Santa Barbara CA (all 122 watts of it) with BBC news
   
  Lotsa hets, audio on 774 and 1242.  Judging by the sound of it, its possible that 693 might break through XETRA/CBU (if adjacent 50KW KNBR @ 22 miles allows it).
