I'm not sure they even would have considered that as a cause. That's a
pretty obscure thing to even have on the "Problems" list. Lightning?
Cross-connected AC power? Maybe. RF rammed back up the line? Nah. They
aren't that bright. Probably don't even know what a "ham" is. If they
don't understand noise, then they are just plier jockeys.
