[IRCA] Hard Copy DX Monitor Bulletins

Hi Folks,
For those who get the DX Monitor bulletin in the mail, it will be a day late or so due to some printshop delays.    Also as a reminder, the next "Hard-Copy" bulletin will be in two weeks due to some personal commitments I have.  It will be a double issue. (Volume 44 # 7) Sorry for the inconvienence.
