[IRCA] TP's for 10-20

Interesting is was a very good day for carriers but very poor for audio.  
Carriers were heard on 558, 585, 594, 603, 621, 648, 657, 666, 675, 693, 
729, 738, 747, 756, 777, 792, 819, 828, 846, 855, 864, 873, 882, 936, 945, 
954, and 972.  Audio was only heard on 594, 657, 693 747, 774 and 828.  
Sunrise came so I did not have time to tune above 972.
