[IRCA] Mail Delays

I checked the times on my two posts re 1710 tonight. Here's what I
found.

# 1 sent 1947

Rec'd WTFDA AM - < 1 minute
Rec'd IRCA - 4 mins
Rec'd DXHub - 15 mins  )  both are on
Rec'd LBIDX - 44 mins  )  Yahoo Groups
NRC - ???

# 2 sent 2009

Rec'd WTFDA  < 30 secs
Rec'd NRC    < 30 secs
Rec'd IRCA  - 4 mins
Rec'd LBIDX - 16 mins
Rec'd DXHub - 18 mins

 
The performance of WTFDA AM is typical for me. The performance from
DXHub is actually better than typical. IRCA was consistent, and a bit
faster than normal. The LBIDX list was typically inconsistent. NRC is
rarely as fast as # 2 was, and # 1 still hasn't appeared even 1 hr 20
mins later.

YMMV, I guess.
