[IRCA] 17 TP with Audio

Hello,

Much improved conditions this morning.  Audio heard on17 TP Channels.  Upper MW channels were much weaker than normal. Some of  the Japanese stations were absent 558-666-873, yet 603 R. Korea? with weak audio at 1406 & 936 China? 1347 UTC weak.  It's 1426 and JOUB 774 is level 7 with JJ/EE lessons.
