Once I hear from Lynn, I'll begin the process of turning on the Alerts to
here.  I do want to let it run through a couple of cycles where it simply
sends the alert to my email.  That way if I have a bug in the code, it'll
only flood my inbox and not the list.

I have set the following trigger points:

Solar flux increases 20 points over the last reading.
or
A Index increases 10 points
or
K Index increase 2 points

Let me know if you think these values should be different.  I have an .ini
text file, so it's easy to change.  Last version required a recompile of the
program.
