hmmm, said propeller sound is still there, so I guess one of my 
neighbors to the west has invested in an NHK jammer.  The 137 Hz high 
het has gone however, though there was still traces of the 774.0 
carrier at 1600.  So the off frequency carrier was probably legit, 
especially as it was fading up and down at the time.

Anyone else note it?
