[IRCA] Delay of postings

Some of my e mails did not show up until 24 hours later. They were
posted Tueday morning PDT. I finally got them Wednesday morning. But my
log this morning took only a couple hours. But yet other postings to
other lists show up almost immediately. I wonder what the delay is?
