[IRCA] West Coast TAs Tuesday nite

TA reception was pretty good this evening with LWBC audio on 153, 162, 171, 
177, 180, 183, 189, 198, 207, 216, 252. MW produced poor audio on 1017 at 
0318 utc, 1377 at 0334 utc, 1422 at 0359 utc, 531 at 0401 utc, 927 at 0402 
utc and 1134 at 0403 utc. There were MW hets on 35 other frequencies. I 
don't remember having audio on so many LWBC stations during one session.
