Wow, 1215 Virgin Radio just came up from the noise floor right at 03:00 with very nice audio.  Now it's down in the mud at 03:08.  The others are doing the same...there one minute with a decent signal, and then gone again, only to reappear a few minutes later.  Isn't this fun!.....Walt.
