Re: [IRCA] beacons



And I have had a huge amount of fun with beacons while in Newfoundland, from 
places in Africa, Brazil, Greenalnd, Iceland, Europe and even from Ascension 
Island.  Here in Byron I believe I've logged about a thousand of them, one 
of the furthest being a 25 watters from south Texas.  .  I use the Drake, no 
other special equipment.  The only problem is that listening to the code for 
long stretches while digging for the weak ones puts me to sleep!
