[IRCA] Looking for station list

Is there any such thing as  a list of U.S. AM stations
that - dating from 1941 NARBA agreement - were granted
construction permits but never made it to air, and
stations that did make it to air but have since been
deleted? (I'm not looking for applications that were
not gramnted, just actual licenced stations that
either never made it to air or, if they did, have
since signed off / been delated.
