Has anyone else noticed intermittent delays on the Internet the past few
days? I first noticed it on messages such as this one cross-posted onto
2 lists. One list reflects the message immediately while the other is
delayed by as much as 36 hours. It is also happening on direct messages.
For example I just got a message from my employer that was delayed by 34
hours. But other messages are coming through in just seconds. Strange!
