[IRCA] TPs two MW-2 LW

Hello,

JOUB 774 kHz in at 0840 with JJ and fair signal.  Two Radio Rossii stations in on long-wave 180-279 both with weak signals.  HLAZ audio is starting to come thru at 0856 on 1566 kHz. If your in middle America you might give it a try for TPs this morning.  Good luck.
