WPHR 1620 is technically.. not silent. It's WNRP 1620, licensed to Pensacola
FLorida now. The company that owned it, originally had it licensed to Atmore
Alabama then moved it.
660 in Western north Dakota is pretty widely heard in the upper midwest..
