[IRCA] AM stations with synchronous "boosters"

I've been manually searching through several data sources and I've
identified at least 7 US AM stations that appear to have on-channel
synchronous booster sites. I'm sure this list is not all inclusive. My
search methods could have easily missed some. If anyone has additions to
this list I would appreciate hearing about them. I'll probably set up a
list of these on one of my web sites for future reference.

One of the interesting things that I have noticed is the variation in
licensing. Some synchros appear to use the same call sign as the parent
station while others are issued separate call signs under the ULS
database. In both cases most are identified by the FCC as
"experimental".
