[IRCA] Classic rock on 1190???

I was just listening to 1190 from Northern California, and I am getting classic rock from the ESE.  Starting just before 2200 PT, I heard Kansas (Carry On Wayward Son), Deep Purple (Hush), and Grand Fuck Railroad (We're an American Band).  On a hunch, I called the station in Boulder CO and they said its not them.  I have no clue who it is.  Any ideas?  Beloit KS? Albuquerque?
