Mister Krumudgeon
There is a web site devoted to Chinese FM stations
http://www.qsl.net/bd5hag/ChinaFM/English/index.html
Most of it seems to be in Chinese, but there's a station list in Enclish.
I can't begin to comment on the accuracy or completeness, but it does
list stations in Shanghai & Beijing.

I got all but about 8 of the available program-quality signals in Beijing. Amazed that most of the music was Western pop in nature ... tape I'm listening to right now is a tune that could have been done by Teresa Brewer, except it's in Chinese.)
