[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

Japan was good this morning, with 594 giving 8/10 rating audio right at 
sunrise, and is continuing even now, though the increasing domestic splatter 
isn't helping--1404 utc. Nice time pips on 1400 TOH on 594. 648 also good, 
playing American pops at 1339 utc. MW audio on 558, 567, 594, 639, 648, 666, 
693, 774, 828 with 594 and 774 the loudest at times. LWBC Far East Russians 
much poorer today.
Last night has brief weak TA/Trans Polar audio on 162, 183, 189, 198 from 
0222-0312 utc, with weak MW hets only on 864, 909, 1053, 1134, 1548 during 
the same time. A later check at 0406 utc had only weak hets on LW and 
nothing on MW.
Right now, 1411 utc, 594 still weakly heard under the strong splatter.
