[IRCA] WVON runnng IBOC after Sunset

It sounds like WVON is running IBOC after sunset tonight.  I hear 
hiss on 1700 and 1680 and the familiar IBOC artifacts on 1690.  If 
not WVON, am I picking up KDDZ without audio? Can someone closer to 
Chicago confirm this?
