Dennis,
Congratulations on 648. I should have spoken up sooner. I got both
VOR and VOA 648 at station changeover last late fall from
Grayland.... Heard both IDs with dead air between. Happily, BOTH
QSLed. I have yet to hear them up here in audio because of 650-CISL
at only S-9+45 dB from nearby Vancouver. I can see a carrier, but
the audio is just swamped by the energy from CISL.
