Back from the ol convention.    KOA's carrier is definitely on as of 0158.

KHLO/Hilo (presumed) has been in weak a few times with ESPN, but nothing at 
0100 except birdies on the S350.  KICY started coming in at 0110.  I can't 
tell whether the frequency is dead or there is a KOA OC running.  Nothing 
new as yet anyway.
