[IRCA] 1260/1600 Changes in Delaware???

Thanks to Bill Harms for noticing it first, but WRJE-1600 in Dover is carrying the oldies format of 1260-WAMS from Newark this Saturday afternoon.  WRJE is supposed to be gospel format and WAMS is more eclectic, mainly oldies.  Last year, WAMS was carrying the WRJE gospel format for a while.  Now, WRJE is carrying the oldies format from WAMS.  Most confusing!
