[IRCA] TP for 22Sep06

A rather disappointing morning with attenuated signals all over.  A modest dawn enhancement starting from about 13:30.  A total of 33 audio channels, but most of these were threshold only (6/10).  Highlights included
576 presumed 2RN Sydney coming in for a minute or two quite strong at 13:58 and then fading before TOH.  4QR again was strong on 612.  The Japanese were not coming in well except for after 13:30 on the usual 
NHK2 and NHK1 frequencies.  Vietnam on 675 was reasonable (7/10) for a bit around 13:25.  738 was interesting in that they had a female vocal that I swear was in Russian at 13:32.  Who knows, maybe Mayak, but nothing
definite for sure.  Usually Tahiti is very directional on my K9AY, but this one wasn't at all.  Oh well, another morning!.........Walt
