[IRCA] Strong Open Carrier 1560

Greetings,

I tuning across the dial this morning here on the Oregon coast, I am
hearing a very strong "solid" OC on 1560. It does not have the signal
Sumner has, unless they changed tx sites or boosted power. But it may be
them, as I am not hearing Sumner either.  Off the Eastern beverage it is
by far the strongest at S9+10 DB. Isn't their a CP for Burbank WA on
1560 with some high power?  Burbank I think it near the Tri Cities
(Pasco) as I remember. They are listed as 50 KW days 1.4 KW nights.
Listed as U8. No audio as yet, but a strong OC.  I will keep checking.
