Glad to see you commented on the Willis Incident. He rubs me the wrong way
when he calls stations Cheaters all the time and this has gone over the
line. He needs an attitude adjustment.
If you are interested I have a WTIC QSL in my collection. It's already
scanned in. I can use Paint to remove the writing and print out a blank card
for you to use as a prepared card. Let me know if you want to give it a try.
