[IRCA] Low MW freqs. DO rule

This mornings 1/2-band scan from 1320 to 1340 UTC:

1320UTC - Carriers (good ones) noted on 558, 567 and 576khz

1323UTC - 585Khz - JJ sounding male speaker to fair levels
1324UTC - 594khz - Japan -JJ male talking at slightly less strength than 585
1326UTC - 612khz - jumble of several stations nothing more than 50% intelligibility

1328UTC - Good carriers on 621 and 639khz, 639khz "just" yielding audio (Likely China CNR1)

1330UTC - 666khz - marginal audio but nothing definite
1333UTC - 675khz - male speaking in Lang -- not as clear and definitive as yesterday (Viertnam, Hanoi)

1335UTC - Good measured carriers on 684, 693khz and 702khz. Yes, despite CBU-690 some 40 miles away, I
am convinced I could have pulled out some audio (on 693)if I was able to null out the domestic.

1337UTC - 738khz - pileup yielding a jumble of audio (likely only 2, maybe 3 stations here)
1338UTC - 747khz - Japan. No doubt the 2nd loudest signal on the Tp/Du channels
1339UTC - 756khz - China(t) - CC YL and OM chatter - was in kind of a race against time as the band seemed to be closing
1340UTC - 765khz - flew by here. marginal audio and intelligence.
1341UTC - 774khz - Japan - hottest signal on the band w/ typical NHK programming

1342UTC - 792khz - good carrier noted
1342UTC - 801khz - solid carrier (would have yielded intelligence w/ a couple more db of signal OR a null condition.
1343UTC - 819khz - jumble
1343UTC - 828khz - 3rd most powerful signal on the "lower" w/ typical JJ NHK stuff

1344-1346 quick sweep of 855, 864, 873, 918, 936, and 945khz - all slightly marginalized by powerhouse on 900khz
1346UTC - Audio on 954, 963 and 972 (the latter being the loudest from Korea on 972)

1347UTC~ quick sweep of 1008, 1017, 1035, 1044 (all of which would have yielded audio
if not for the poorly run xmtr on 1070khz CFAX [which, some days, bleeds splatter +- 100khz up and
down the band!]) -- I am currently contacting Industry Canada about CFAX-1070's inability to
operate their xmtr within reasonable limits.
