[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

Asian TP reception this morning didn't seem to be especially better than
yesterday morning, but just getting any audio at all on the 9kHz channels is
always a big deal for me. Today, 1566 had the loudest audio, and could even
be "listened to" at times. 774 also had short periods of strong audio. The
rest just had poor audio. LWBC poorer today than yesterday. MW audio heard
on 558, 594, 648, 657, 666, 693, 711, 747, 774, 828, 864, 1134, 1197, 1566. 
1725 beacon GA,PNG; 1737 beacon KUT, PNG.
