[IRCA] 1089 Brookman Park GB in tonight

Has been in from 0230 until now 0311 UTC with WBAL 1090 phased. Telephone 
number 7042020 was given several times for callers. Audio is clear at times 
but very soft with WBAL slop over it most of the time.
