I noticed CFPR in very strong as well, and was quite suprised. Do you when XETRA changed calls? It must be pretty recent.

Conditions were interesting last night. At 11, 860 CBC Prince Rupert was blasting in but after midnight, XEMO was dominant. Same for 690 Vancouver and Tijuana, 540 Regina and Tijuana.
I've been hearing lots of Canadians, and Sask. is back with CKRM-620 and CBK-540 both very strong.
Noted call change for 690 in Tijuana; now XEWR. I caught this change on Fred Cantu's website, then tuned in. Lately they've generally been weaker than I'm used to. CBU frequently is dominant, or KNBR slops the you know what out of Tijuana. It hardly ever seems to be as potent as before the format change to W Radio.
All these have been noted on my baby Grundig portable with inboard antenna.
