[IRCA] Good conditions

I have KICY/850 coming in steady with moderate strength.  XEFV/1000 weak but steady.  WHO/1040 strong (early in the year for that).  WBAP/820 in earlier, even with KGO/810 slop at 20 miles from xmtr.
   
  Weak hets on 774, 972, 1008, 1242, 1467.  Stronger on 1476, 1566.
   
  I wonder if KICY will be what KENI was last year...never heard them then couldn't get rid of 'em.  Its still a thrill to hear them, so I won't complain.
